1. To build relationships and account management with BCOs, Liners, Freight Forwarders, CHAs, Customs, CTOs to ensure availability of market intelligence.
2. To ensure close coordination regarding the portfolio of terminals to the network / trade / procurement / operations teams of BCOs, Liners, Freight Forwarders, CHAs, Customs, CTOs.
3. Build effective teams to achieve business objectives.
4. Analyze business and marketing trends/ industry trends/ competitor position and accordingly formulate pricing strategy and business strategy along with internal stake holders to generate and achieve new business.
5. Undertake customer negotiation and ensure contractual risk management
