Job Description - You will be required to:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Prepare short, medium and long term strategies for sales department considering target crop

- Prepare strategy for hybrids promotion

- Understand available segments for the target crop in India, so as to prepare & execute entry and expansion plans in to various segments

- Execute innovative demand generation activities, like Farmers contact, Product Differentiation Activities to create product awareness and enhance corporate image

- Explore the potential to untapped and underdeveloped markets

- Conduct strategic planning for launching new products

- Gather market and competitor information and share with key stake holders

The Successful Candidate - You will be a B.Sc Agriculture, preferably with an M.B.A in Marketing or Agri Business Management with 12-15 years of work experience in leading Sales & Marketing functions within the seeds industry, with good knowledge of major segments of corn and cotton in India.
