Caleedo is looking for Sales leader for large corporate and enterprises sector with prior experience for North & South India who has prior proven performance in SAAS sales in large enterprises.

We are looking for full time assignment for a person who is value driven, self-starter ,demonstrates determination, passion and commitment and is a great team player .

We see this as Key Management position growing in the next 2-3 years as Sales Director of the organisation that is offering a range of cloud hosted Digital services in the Workplaces & hospitals in India currently. .

Vacancy exists for TWO position - one for North India ( operating from Gurgaon) and the other for South India ( Operating from Bengaluru)

Caleedo is established in 2019 and operates from Gurgaon, Caleedo is hiring Sales and Business Development Manager for their first of its kind cloud hosted SaaS products and solutions for workplaces that enhances employee experience and improve service efficiency seamlessly in workplaces.

The candidate must be self-starter, familiar with large enterprises, , sales target oriented to lead sales and will be working closely with the Cofounders. Prior experience in Facility Management sales would be PLUS point.

Responsibility :

1. Budgeting & meeting B2B sales target for subscription based software solutions.

2. Plan , deliver Quarterly Biz. target starting from sales funnel creation and closing orders and contracts

4. Create healthy sales funnel by working closely with Inside sales team.

5. Establish and support channel partners in meeting their sales target

6 Co-ordinate with external stakeholders, Caleedo product development team, operations team and customer support team to on-board customer

7. Market intelligence , Competition tracking , product improvement ideas, to establish new SaaS products.

Requirements :

a. Understand customer procurement methods and work culture

b. Relationship management and Account management skills

c. Strong references in workplace, real estate, facility management space

d. B2B sales experience for SaaS Products and services .sales to CXO.

e. Strong motivation, energetic and good communication skills.

f. Graduate , MBA with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SAAS sales out of total 10+ years

g. Mentally Ready to work in start up environment.
