Sales Leader - FIG
As a Sales Leader, we look for people with proven Experience of at least 8 years in Corporate Business Development. Experience of working in the PE & VC space is highly desirable with knowledge of risk and insurance requirements of the sector. Experience of leading successful sales teams is required.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- To develop new business by tapping new accounts focusing on capturing revenue opportunities related to PE, VCs, MF, IB potential clients etc.
- To build and maintain professional relationship with PE, VC, MF, IB clients, law firms and portfolio companies.
- Focus on selling transnational insurance in the form of warranty & Indemnity Insurance, tax insurance and public offering securities insurance to PE- s, clients of IBs and clients of law firms by leveraging on the past professional contacts with PE- s, IB- s, law firms and facilitating entry of Alliance in large global players.
- Structure M&A insurance solutions around specific deal structures and concerns.
- Focus on selling operational insurances such as VCAP, MFAP, D&O, E&O, stock broker indemnity insurance etc. to Pes/MFs/IBs/SBs/law firms etc.
- Focus on selling other insurances, particularly, GMCs, GPAs, Global health, GTL etc. to above client segment; portfolio companies etc.
- For achieving the above, doing risk consulting and gap analysis.
- To co-ordinate with and leverage upon the back-up teams such as underwriting, EB Servicing, claims etc.
