Job Description :

- Achieve AOP financial goals for India: bookings, revenue and profit targets

- Develop sales objectives and implement the plan to achieve the sales objectives

- Promote and develop marketing plans and new sales initiatives

- Manage and maximize the performance of the sales & engineering sales team and promote teamwork among the members

- Exemplify and promote vision, direction, and culture through leadership and daily communication with team members

- Represent the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with other functional managers to ensure HTS delivers products and services exceeding customer expectations

- Developing SOP's for all sales-related process and procedures
