Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) in Dubai.

- Understand clients' real estate needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions based on our luxury residential projects in India.

Sales and Business Development:

- Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets for luxury real estate projects in India.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Brand Representation:

- Serve as the face of the organization in the UAE, building brand awareness and trust among clients.

- Showcase the unique selling propositions of our projects, emphasizing quality, exclusivity, and innovation.

Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our projects and address client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the luxury real estate segment.

- Provide regular updates to the management team on market insights and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA with 12 -15 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on HNIs and UHNIs.

- Previous experience representing Indian real estate projects in the UAE market is a must; last experience with at least 4-7 years should be in Dubai with a proven track record of luxury real estate sales

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape and regulatory environment.
