TITLE : Sales Lead - Expansions
Sales Force expansion :
1) To recruit, train and incubate high quality sales resources at scale
2) To run programs to enable the new recruits to hit phase-1 milestones in 15 and 30 days Lead funnel expansion.
3) To launch and test new cohorts and courses and products New Processe
4) To test and scale new support and productivity enhancement processes like onboarding, review mechanism and training workflows
Experience :
1) Should be less than 28 years of age and should have the creds of high scale assignments before involving recruitment and training of Sales Force
2) BE/MBA is needed
3) Edutech sales and sales support experience would be an added advantage
