Job Description

- Responsible for handling Sales thru Modern Trade outlets like:- spencer's, Metro, Walmart, big bazzar etc.

- Responsible for achieving sales target.

- Responsible for a distributor & distribution management.

- Channel management for Modern Trade to ensure proper sales function, this includes monitoring of Primary & Secondary sales, SKU wise inventory maintenance and tracking of Brand level top line as well as bottom line to deliver utmost business profitability with maximum market penetration and reach.

- Working out (ROI) Return of Investment for distributors and ensuring inventory norms and claim settlement of authorized distributors on monthly basis, and maintaining market hygiene through regular watch.

- Leading & Guiding Distributor Sales team to achieve desired sales target and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through proper servicing across all the channels.

- Business development by tapping unexplored areas, penetrating market, and cracking competition through regular follow ups and CRM activities.

- Generating Brand & Product level visibility at POS for generating consumer awareness resulting in to higher sales figure across the territory.

- Key account management by the process of contracting on commercial as well as marketing terms through negotiations and contracting process.

- Adherence to MIS in order to keep track record of business spectrum throughout the business network.

Salary- Nego

- Must be Graduate or MBA with min 2 years of experience in FMCG/Food Company

- Must have exposure of handling Modern Trade outlets

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Open to travel
