Sales HR Manager Responsibility: 1. Responsible HRBP for All Customer Interfacing Functions 2. Workforce planning driving talent management program, employee relations. 3. Driving People Excellence Projects in the Sales and CRM functions. 4. Creates manpower plans for the channel and execute in partnership with TA 5. Anchors the performance management cycle for the Channels and facilitate the various phases -m goal-setting, on-going feedback, performance coaching, to annual appraisals; conducts any training or hand-holding required to ensure a meaningful performance management process Drives initiatives aimed at employee productivity 6. Anchors planning &amp; communication around career growth through individu al development plans based on&nbsp;performance / potential&nbsp; 7. Drives employee engagement for Channels basedon in-depth study of relevant drivers of engagement. 8. Develops /recommends retention strategies for toptalent 9. Facilitates Channel reward and recognition programs 10. Gathers market intelligence to assess / benchmark policies, engagement levels and highlight any areas of improvement to be addressed in coordination with Sales 11.Ensure Channel/Function/location level compliances with Company policies and procedures and educate employees on adherence Work Experience Required: 6 to 10 yrs experience into Sales HR role in distribution multi-location environment.
