Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Would plan the recruitment strategy across divisions and implement it thereafter.

- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.

- Would act as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership in strategizing the talent acquisition.

- Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.

- Build a world-class team of professionals in the organization by identifying & hiring high potential talent.

- Benchmarks existing processes and looks externally for best practices. Leads projects to develop new recruitment/ assessment tools.

- Demonstrates compliance with employment laws/ regulations as well as with company's hiring policy.

- Sourcing, Selection and recruitment of manpower as per the budgeted requirements for all businesses in the group along with the lean team including that of campus recruitments sourcing, Selection and recruitment of manpower to replace vacancies arising out of attrition.

- Work closely with the leaders and Managers to devise specific strategies for attracting and retaining talent.

- Guide the learning and development team in driving the initiatives.
