Sales HR Lead - Startup

- Workforce planning to meet the ongoing business requirements and business growth plans

- Robus Talent management process, IDPs, Succession planning and Career movements

- Responsible for driving a high-performance culture in field teams with relevant talent attraction and retention strategies

- Capability Development; Design and Launch of Competency framework for Sales team across all levels; L&D interventions with focus on Line manager capability

- Responsible for driving high Employee Engagement

- Line Manager coaching

- Spikes on problem solving, influencing/building consensus and ownership.

MBA - HR with 8-12 years' experience (business partnering) & preferably 2+ years' experience in business partnering sales teams.

- Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage.

- Strong business acumen & understanding of the retail GTM

- Understanding HR concepts and evolving HR practices.

- Spikes on problem solving, influencing/building consensus and ownership.
