Role : Head Human Resources- (Sales HR)-VP/ GM Level Reporting to : Managing Director Location : Noida Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): - Lead Human Resources Function for the Sales Organisation Business HR partnering : Worked with a Sales Business Leader to help manage all HR issues within the business; has had responsibility for helping drive performance management along with the business leader Talent Acquisition, Onboarding : Responsible for hiring and on boarding new talent into the company Learning, Training and Development : Responsible for the Learning and Development of the talent within the company. Would have led key corporate development initiatives like Leadership Development etc. Remuneration : Responsible for framing and implementing Remuneration policies within the company Organisational Development and Change Management : Responsible for driving culture change, organizational structure development, key corporate initiatives like Diversity etc. Eligibility : - 14-15 years minimum of operating HR experience with a significant part in the consumer industry, preferably with large Sales Teams - Strong team player who can be a key member of the top leadership team and provide top quality advice to the CEO
