Job Description:
As the HR Head - Commercial (HR Business Partner), you will be pivotal in driving the HR strategy aligned with the commercial functions, ensuring talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the commercial leadership (Sales & Marketing) to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR processes for the commercial division, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Drive talent development strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Act as a change agent, driving organizational effectiveness and transformational initiatives within the commercial teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and proactive conflict resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are integrated and contribute to overall business success.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
