Budgeting:
- Prepare Manpower Budget & ensure adherence month on month
- Business Strategy
- Support Business in Strategy formulation & execution
- Analytics
- Cost - Manpower Cost trends including control on TA/DA spends
- Exit Analysis / Attrition Trend
- HR Dashboard
PMS:
- Ensure all employees have KPIs and role clarity on day 1
- Monitor the field staff working with aid from CRM
- Identify poor performers and address thru PIP
- Identify high performers and execute the central retention strategy (to be advised by HR Ex team)
Capability Development:
- Identify Training needs and work along with Central L&D team to meet the same
Employee Engagement:
- Drive company One Reward & Recognition Scheme
- Promote culture on spot recognition
- Engage with Sales Team on taking suggestions for improving HR services
Talent Acquisition:
- Interview candidates for culture fit
- Support central team with creation of Talent Pool
- Ensure positive candidate experience
Basic HR actions:
- To ensure all employees confirmation / transfers are done on time
- Ensure Sales Incentives are appropriate to the performance
- Monitor Time and attendance
