HRBP - Sales_FMCG_Female_Gurugram

HRBP Sales Role which gives great autonomy and an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to deliver end to end HR activities for the sales team of the organisation.

Strategic Job Responsibilities :

- The HRBP shall work and partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.

- This role includes, improving organizational structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and increasing workforce capability

- Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.

- Design the annual agenda on employee engagement.

- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Build strong connect with sales team to effectively partner in building the right values based culture.

Operational Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle for open positions in Sales teams

- Responsible for the end to end life cycle management from onboarding, Induction, probation, employee transfers to exit management.

- Drive HR processes with the sales team to create healthy work environment.

- Drive engagement programs to ensure that the team is motivated to deliver.

- Data collection, consolidating and analyzing to draw up regular reports related to Headcount, Employee Productivity, AOP to help drive relevant action.

- Provide effective HR/ personnel/ administrative support to the region sales team

- Responsible for recruitment in the sales unit.

- Ensure that relevant HR Admin support is provided to the employees in a timely manner

- Own up the Third Party Sales Team (T&E, Salary, Grievance handling)

NOTE :

- Candidate will report to National HRBP

- 1 person reporting to AM-HR

Span :

- 300 manpower on rolls (end to end employee lifecycle)

- 1000 off rolls (coordination and employee relations only)

- Candidate will operate from Gurgaon office (sector 53) and manage west and South zone remotely.

- No travelling is included in this role.

- Cab pickup and drop facility will be provided to candidates from Delhi NCR.

- Role is 50% HRBP + 50% TA

- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. working shift. No flexible shifts. Reporting

- 5 Days Working
