We are hiring Sales HR BP for a leading Building materials company headquartered in Mumbai .

Designation: DGM and above grade

Job location: Mumbai and Varanasi

MBA from premium institutes preferred.

The Sales HR Specialist is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the sales team across the organization. To help all employees (On rolls & off rolls) across PAN India familiarize with the policies and the process of the organization.

- Strong knowledge of sales HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
