- MBA with 10-15 years experience being a HRBP sales and marketing for at least minimum of two years
- Strategic HRBP for the entire Sales and Marketing
- Designing and implementing Talent Management Framework
- Designing and implementing L&D framework
- Pan India to support the implementation plan and thereby driving change management
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting for the entire Vertical along with conceptualizing and designing the Strategic Business Plan for HR for the Sales and Marketing Function.
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementation of HR Analytics tool for effective decision making.
- Conceptualizing and implementation Reward and Recognition Programme for the Vertical.
