The company is now looking to ramp up growth across South India and gradual launch in major metro across India.   Job Description :   Basic Purpose of the Role :   Responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales plan, set and monitor targets, recruit and train team, build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, distributors and work out strategies to increase presence in existing and new markets in order to achieve the company's goals.   Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities :   - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets for regions and territories.   - Project expected sales volume and profit from existing and new products.   - Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations   - Develop strong relationship with Key retailers and play a key part in facilitating joint promotional/ business plans to deliver growth with these retailers.   - Manage support to inside, field, and channel sellers for pricing, promotions, and incentives.   - Closely monitor and continuously improve sales order process for accuracy.   Education/ Key Skills required :   - MBA in Sales & Marketing is must   - A minimum work experience of 10+ years of Regional, National sales management experience in Professional Skin Care / Cosmetic industry with exposure to Salon Sales is must.   - Excellent communication and presentation skills.   - Excellent team player along with leadership skills
