We are looking for Candidates into Retail expansion for Mumbai Location.

Position Title: Sales Head

Location: Mumbai

About Company:

A leading prepaid payments solution provider, has launched a Prepaid Gift Card Mall that distributes gift cards from leading global and Indian brands into a comprehensive network of physical retail outlets and ecommerce, enabling millions of consumers to use cash to purchase gift cards and thereby access digital content and services of these brands.

About Role:

The position's overall responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following :

- Deliver financial goals including load volume, revenue, cards sold per store per week, no of active stores within each retailer as well as across the portfolio

- Own and develop strong engagement with all retailers at a head office level, regional level as well as store level

- Develop the overall account management approach and plan across multiple channels and multiple partners

- Develop account management plans covering both financial and non financial goals for each account and ensure delivery against these goals

- Completely map organization structure of each account and create strong engagement with key stakeholders at all levels of the retailer

- Develop strong and structured calendar of creative marketing programs and campaigns with each retailer leveraging all their channels of communication(online, in-store, OOH, and external media) for their customer base. Leverage retail partner to contribute MDF funds or communication opportunities to deliver strong in-store displays and communication of category messaging and promotions.

- Onboard the full portfolio of content launched by the company to drive category building efforts

- Responsible for retention of each assigned account and ensure renewal of the existing contract with existing or better financial terms

- Work closely with other team members in operations, finance and technology to ensure the smooth operations of retailer processes including timely payments of receivables, best in class displays in stores, prioritisation of technical integration if required, and seamless BAU management thereof.

- Conduct weekly and monthly forecast meetings and provide reports on sales process and results to management.
