A Fast growing Noida based Real estate group is looking to hire head of Sales & Marketing. The position reports to the CMD who is also the key promoter of the Group. The position will also work closely with the Directors and holders of other important offices/ functions

- In addition to Real Estate, the Group has interest in Large Infrastructure & Utility Projects and Manufacturing of GRP and reinforced pipes.

- Ideal candidate would bring strong sales experience of selling large luxury residential projects preferably in the Delhi NCR region and experience of Noida and Greater Noida is good to have .

- He would be entrusted with the mandate to drive and execute the sales Strategy for the Group’s ongoing residential projects including the prestigious ultra premiere project in Jaypee Greens Sports city.

Desired Education & Experience

- More than 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in leading the Sales function (Residential) in Real Estate;

- Exposure to CRM function in Real Estate/ outside Real Estate desirable

- Graduate in any Discipline (MBA preferred)

Other Consideration

- Experienced and Seasoned Real Estate Sales Leader with knowledge of various Sales Channels (specifically Direct Selling) and Channel Management Techniques

- Knowledge of the Real Estate Sector, dynamics of the Residential Real Estate market

- Understanding of Sales and post-sales processes in Real Estate; legal and financial risks associated with Sales and other related transactions in Real Estate

- Role holder will also be required to travel as & when required for promoting Sales

Behavioral Skills

- Strong inter-personal skills with a proven record of successfully leading large teams

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environment

- Ability to analyze and take sound decisions in absence of clear directions

- Flexibility and openness towards accepting new ideas, new ways of working

- Drive to create a superior experience for the customer

- Good communication skills

Compensation

Fixed of 25-30 LPA plus attractive variable
