What will you do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the super luxury project.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Interact with UHNI / HNI - influence them, take them for site visits and lead the sales through consultative selling-based approach
- Responsible for revenue generation through channel partners.
Skill & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience with a premier MBA degree; South Mumbai experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in selling super luxury residential properties in the real estate industry, preferably in Mumbai.
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on high-end or luxury real estate projects.
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and other relevant contacts in the luxury real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
