Sales Head - Real Estate

Hiring for Sales Head - Leading Real Estate Co. - CTC 30 Lkhs - Age up to 35 years

- Handle and guiding the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Guiding and training the Team Manager regarding the market, Company services and competition.

- Monitor team productivity and help poor performers in improving his productivity.

- Ensure team compliance with sales quality guidelines and CRM updating guidelines.

- Coordinate with legal and registration team for closing customer transactions.

- Handle customer escalations wherever required to achieve to closure

- Ensure collection of revenues from customers.

- Achieving the overall defined targets by driving the teams.

- Building the teams effectively

Experience in real estate with minimum 10 yrs

- Have handled a team

- Good Communication Skills.

- Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to Prospects.

- High levels of passion and ownership.
