Sales Head - Payroll/RPO Business

- Set up and hold complete charge of the Sales & Business Development & Delivery of Staffing requirement including RPO projects -

- Responsible for complete P&L and profitability

- Responsible for RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business for the region

- Leading a team of Business Development Managers & Delivery Team Managers

- Leading a team of Recruiters / Consultants

- HR support service provider focusing on recruitment and staffing by mapping the best talent from various sources

- Strategic and functional responsibility of Industry/Client Mapping, Skill/Competency Profiling, Capability Development, Brand Building, Business Development Leveraged on sales track record to pitch in the brand, and sell the team capabilities, expertise, and sales-operations background to garner customers

- Instrumental in acquiring top brands PAN India and building the customer base and the internal team

- Instrumental in building a performing and enterprising team.
