What you'll be doing:
- Define sales strategy for the organisation in Bangalore and guide the sales team through it
- Develop and manage a high performance team of sales managers
- Close high value clients through innovative sales experiments
- Analyze the market and identify areas for potential revenue
- Measure appropriate metrics and develop effective reporting system
- Growing the client base by leveraging existing partnerships
- Build and test new sales strategies
Required Skills / Must Have
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross functional/ multi disciplinary teams
- Understanding of the city and its sales eco system, specifically in the events and activities space
- Experience in handling a sales force
