- Build and grow the Modern Trade vertical for oone of the top Hygiene company in india.
- Be the overall in-charge of the Modern Trade Channel business for the company
- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Business Plans.
- Align and execute marketing and promotions interventions with the Modern Trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.
- Negotiate TOTs for NPIs in all available key accounts and ensure availability of SKUs in all chains and geographies.
- Category Management and Promotion Planning.
- Build appropriate Modern Trade channel by appointing the right partners where required
- Driving operational efficiency for Modern Trade channel.
- Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer
- Coach and assist where necessary in the customer negotiations of the Key Account Managers.
- Coaching and Mentoring team performance and taking corrective actions wherever necessary
- Build internal company processes aligned to MT business.
Candidate Profile :
- 12-18 years of Key Account Management experience in Modern Trade with existing relationships in FMCG categories.
