Sales Head - Media Firm
- The ability to pivot from a prepared position based on the dialogue and the intelligence and presence of mind to respond quickly to the business owner's objections and concerns while also leading and mentoring the team and taking responsibility for the vertical revenue
- Create connections with new, specialised clients to broaden our reach.
- To provide our clients with product and pricing recommendations, we keep an eye on trends and data.
- Maintain close connections with our current partner websites to learn how we can assist them in expanding while also learning which product offers and price ranges best suit their business model.
- Develop relationships and new business leads.
- Interaction with customers that is substantial, including telephone, internet, and in person
- Find business prospects by researching a particular industry.
- Recognize the needs of the customer's business and acquire product expertise to satisfy those needs.
- Supporting consumers by providing where possible clear guidance and solutions
- Our technical personnel will give consumers technical advice.
- Putting together and presenting presentations to customers and software demonstrations with assurance (both face-to-face, online and over the telephone)
- Ensuring high quality of service by learning in-depth and in-depth about the technical requirements and other characteristics of the employer's systems and procedures meeting management-set sales goals and assisting in location goals able to work independently and with flexibility
