- This position will lead the business development team. The role involves leading a team of 80+ sales and service employees, operating out of centralized locations in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve revenue objectives by driving personalized sales thru our centralized outbound and inbound teams.
2. Effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
3. Strive to improve all sales operations processes and programs
4. Estimate sales numbers and submit detailed and accurate sales reports.
5. Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
6. Looking for a candidate preferably from the internet industry or ed-tech space.
