We are looking for Head of Sales / Sales Manager for our one of our Multinational client to be based in Chennai / Bangalore. Our Client develops, manufactures and markets industrial and commercial printing solutions for the garment, apparel and fabric industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an annual market sales plan to include sales goals and budgets, in coordination with company management.

- Identify sales opportunities with Garment and Textile printing industry, and call on decision makers to introduce companies products, leading to product acceptance.

- Identify cooperation opportunities with distributors, strategic partners and customers. Call on decision makers leading to getting the products specified, recommended and purchased.

- Maintain and transmit sales reports and provide real time access to such information to company headquarters.

- Overall, lead the company’s India sales in the market to ensure rapid growth.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years total experience including 5 years recent successful experience in a sales position with an international manufacturer of garment and textile printing machinery, equipment and consumables.

- Connections with key decision makers of leading fashion buying and export houses within the garment industry.

- Able to do close deals independently and provide reliable sales forecast to the management

- Proven record of capital equipment sales within the garment and textile industry

- Sales driven and sales motivated personal

- Good computer skills. Hands-on capabilities with MS Office programs including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.

- Ability to prepare and present customer oriented presentations and proposals to corporate executives.

- Experience working very independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial organization with minimal support staff.

- Background working in a multi-national company or environment

- Willingness to travel in India and internationally as needed. (Estimated to be at least 50%)

- Experience with sales force software is advantage

Qualification:

- Graduate from a good University

- MBA / PGDBM in marketing will be a added advantage.
