Global Sales Head

Role in brief:

Reporting to the CEO, as a Business Development Professional your focus will be to drive new revenues across the globe initially through the travel vertical (Online Travel Agents, airlines, tour operators/wholesalers, car hire etc).

You will be running all locations (Global) as your own business unit and responsible for entire sales, business development process. You will be running the process with complete autonomy to be innovative, creative and entrepreneurial to significantly over achieve and stand out in a rapidly growing company, in return receiving significant financial remuneration as well as career development and an opportunity to work alongside the very best in the industry.

Knowledge

- Responsible for winning and growing the business within the territory.

- Preparation & Execution of an agreed Business Plan.

- Potential to grow and manage a team.

- Ability to market size and create a solid pipeline.

- Consultative approach. Understand client's requirement, analyzing scope of work, drafting project estimation using best in class approach.

- Effectively manage the sales cycle.

- Ensure profitability of operations and maintain high quality standards with process excellence.

- Reporting directly to the CEO.This position is responsible for direct sales and working with Inside Sales in order to achieve profit targets (business plan). Promotes, sells and secures new business.

- Assists in the development of strategic plans based on forecasts to improve sales and profitability.

- Builds relationships with customers, consultants, and prospects.

- Monitors competitor activities and practices for impact on marketing and sales goals and assists in the development or adjustment of programs to counter competitors.
