My client is an IT infrastructure management provider, looking for someone who can Head Sales and help scale the company. They are growing organization, and continuously building new processes and systems, introducing best practices and methods - If you think you build this bottom-up, apply for the role!

About the responsibilities:

- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.

- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.

- Prepare and deliver Statement of Work detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Clients

- Drive and manage large and complex bids

- Design the solution from transition till deployment and support

- Develop cost and pricing models

- Lead the pre-sales team and assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses, due diligence and client presentations/demos

- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how business can meets it revenue targets.

- Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

- Get the Cold calling done and Market research to locate the potential Customers/Clients.

- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.

- Expert in Delivery Management / Client Servicing.

About the candidate:

The candidate must possess a proven ability to prospect, develop business and build relationships.

- Overall IT experience of 15+ years

- 8+ years of experience leading presales and solution teams

- Proven and demonstrated experience architecting and developing business specific software solutions

- Experience leading large-scale SI and AO engagements

- Robust knowledge in SMAC technologies

- Ability to interpret client requirements and design solutions to deliver business outcomes

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
