Sales Head
The Role :
- Responsible for end to end sales for the product business 'Infinxt' at Infinity labs
- Identify potential new customers and build relationships with current customers.
- Establish, develop and close business while exceeding sales targets and objectives by developing customer relationships and closing business opportunities across the country along with SAARC
- Develop strategies for penetrating new accounts and growing relationships with end users and partners.
- Define and drive channel strategy for business across all verticals.
- Research and understand prospects' business plans (both tactical/technical and strategic/business).
- Understand prospect's buying/decision process and business cycles that can affect these processes.
- Maintaining and regular updating of Salesforce as part of Sales care.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain current contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to work accounts and keep one another updated on new marketplace dynamics.
- Providing timely and detailed information on market needs, buying trends and competitive information.
- Support specific Marketing Programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position products against competitors
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and grow customer base
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Qualifications and Experience :
- Must have a Bachelor's degree supported by a strong sales experience. MBA will be preferred.
- Should have sales experience of 18+ yrs in product selling related to network & security preferably the last couple of years in SD-WAN.
- Should have experience in selling products like switches, routers, SDWAN ,Network & security products.
- Preference for people who have worked in OEM set up and driven the successful growth
- Must have worked across verticals - Enterprise, Govt, Defence , BFSI ,Commercial
- Can manage and grow channel organization.
