Sales Head (FMCG Sales)- HoReCa (Diversity Preferred)
Required Experience :
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
- Luxury Beverage/Tea/Alcobev experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in working with HORECA is a huge plus.
- Leader experience in a similar Business Process Management role, streamlining, automating & optimizing processes & infrastructure.
- Experience of working closely with Marketing and Finance teams in a commercially driven organization
Job Profile :
- Lead and shape sales team to deliver rapid growth through an industry leading sales strategy across Horeca, Retail, Corporate among other channels.
- Spearhead the strategic planning to drive efficiencies and scale across both acquisition and supporting on the execution of all sales driving activities and campaigns.
- Work within the business to help it become more efficient, remove pain points and deliver business objectives where efficiency gains, cost savings or improved customer experience are needed.
- Play a strategic role in the business and cultural transformation, to assure business growth & success in the coming years.
- Timely reporting to the Management.
- National travel as and when required.
