Sales Head / General Manager Sales
Responsibilities
- The right candidate will be required to market Alcatel Range of Voice/Data and application products.
- The candidate should be able to analyze communication needs design and present customized communication solutions to the client.
- The job will include generating prospects, making sales, ensuring deployment of the equipment and final closure of the deals.
- The candidate will be required to develop accounts and manage relationships.
- Identifying, evaluating and developing business opportunities.
- Developing the sales plan, strategies specific to region and responsible for monitoring field staff activities.
Location - Gurgaon
Educational Qualification - B.Sc/BE/B.Tech. /M.Sc/MBA
Experience -
- 12-16 Years of work experience in the industry.
- Preferably candidates from system integrators, office automation or networking companies.
- Should have exposure in identifying and handling large accounts.
- Communication Skills and Attributes
- Should be a go getter and be able to generate enquiries and business.
- Be hard working and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Have good Communication Skills.
- The right candidate should be a good team member with positive attitude.
- Should be computer literate.
- Should be able to make presentations.
