Role & Responsibilities:
The Sales Head will be responsible to lead a team of A players to expand our customer base and responsibilities such as strategy, marketing, research, business development, general management, product planning and management, constant interaction with all the relevant tech teams, and complete P&L responsibility.
- A smart Sales leader and a matured professional with experience of P&L responsibility
- Confident to lead a business vertical
- Responsible for Company's positioning, Account and new geographies penetration strategy, Identify market opportunities, gaps and threats
- Responsible for existing account management and ensure customer satisfaction and account Mining for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling.
- Passionate about personal career/ growth
- Able to drive team members to their success/ growth
Education & Experience Summary
- Minimum of 12 years of total experience preferably in a SaaS company delivering B2B solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA from Tier 1 School in India or abroad
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Knowledge and experience in travel technology will be preferred
