Head - Global Benefits Management (GBM)
- Build out India GBM Practice over a 3 Yr period including the training and Development of a team of circa Colleagues.
- Acting as the principal point of contact for all outbound GBM Clients
- Presenting at client events to support the market development of GBM within India
- Achieving annual retention rates of India GBM cases above 95%
- Growing portfolio each year above 10 %
- Supporting GBM sales colleagues in identifying potential prospect clients
- Supporting GBM sales colleagues during client pitched to promote GBM
- Being a key point of contact the bidding process for the domestic China appointment of bound GBM opportunities.
- Supporting the Asia regional sales team with key multi - country appointments within China through understanding of competitor's knowledge and supporting the process of highlighting the value proposition India.
- Development of India outbound GBM Propositions
- Gain understanding of the Multinational Network and Building out the " China Desk" concept in key
- Be the champion internally to educate the organization around China Clients ways of working expectations culture.
