Candidate must have channel sales background in fmcg industry only looking after pan India operations.
BROAD JOB PROFILE / KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Responsible for the new business development and performance of all sales activities. Establish plans and strategies to expand base in the sales area for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. To setup distribution network pan India.
3. Planning and implementing trade inputs as per the business requirements.
4. Must have handled team of 40-50 sales members.
5. Conceptualizing and implementing strategies and plans for achievement of organizational targets and enhancing profitability of operations.
6. Identifying and exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
7. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of retailers/dealers/distributors/franchisee
to enhance market penetration and business.
8. Managing and mentoring sales teams to enable achievement of pre-set targets.
9. Must have sufficient Commercial knowledge of how to check distribution health.
