1. 3-10 years of experience in sales/ business development with internet startup

2. Must have experience in channel sales in an FMCG background

3. Must have leadership experience of 2+ years

4. Must have market launching experience

Role

- Develop sales plans, strategies, and policies with a view to increasing/sustain market share and profitability.

- Initiate a market intelligence system to provide monthly information to Top Management on potential data, competitors- activities, new product opportunities, and other changes in the environment.

- Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization & supports innovation and creativity.

- Overseeing strong workforce development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing the growth potential of employees, and strong succession planning.

- Leading Sales team members to achieve targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
