Head Sales Profile:-
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
- Ensure profitability and growth targets are surpassed, efficiencies are maximized and deliver exceptional customer service and brand value for assigned region
Function: Sales
Reports To: CEO / MD
DETAILED ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Business Development
- Responsible for New Business Development by conducting market survey and identify the potential client base for generating business opportunities, through Sales team
- Identifying opportunities in the market and forecast revenue opportunities
- Ensure to create the database of leading prospects in the area and update the database on regular basis
- Responsible to research & identify new potential customers
- Responsible to conduct the sales visit at the potential customers
- Responsible to create the pipeline of the prospects
- Responsible to pitch the products by preparing proposals and presentations
- Follow up with clients, after proposal submission for any clarification needed
- Ensure to manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Responsible to develop and maintain relationship with Architects, Builders & Developers, Consultants, Project Management
- To work in close coordination with all concerned departments including Designing Department, Purchase Department, etc
- Ensure orders with optimum profits is received
- Ensure that sales team meet the existing clients and build good business relation, retain the client base and inquire about their future requirements
- Develops, implements and monitors strategies to ensure revenue maximization, cost efficiency, and flawless execution
- Takes lead in the implementation of company programmes, procedures, methods and practices
Operational Efficiencies -
- Ensures adherence of the BU's business plan to achieve the targeted revenue and desired profitability
- Ensures adherence to the budgets for the BU
- Responsible to handle all key customers across area with in coordination with installation team
- Responsible to submit prescribed reports (as and when required) to concern authority
- Implements the total value chain of the business with customer focus in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction
- Oversee the operations of assigned area to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Implementation of Systems & Processes
- Introduces, directs, reviews and recommends the implementation of systems and processes to increase operational productivity and standardisation
- Ensures that all SLAs are adhered to
- Monitors industry trends and uses data obtained to influence and refine processes and systems utilized internally
Employee Performance & Management
- Drives staffing plans and enables the hiring of the right talent into the team
- Creates an empowering environment for employees in the team
- Drives the performance levels of direct reports by setting in place performance goals, supporting their execution and providing regular feedback through mechanisms like performance reviews
Continuous Improvement
- Provides inputs on opportunities to further improve performance through continuous improvement projects and external accreditation/certifications
- Recommends and implements innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness of the team
CTC - 35 LPA to 55 LPA (Depends on Current ctc )
