Ariv education is hiring for Regional head

Sales related 35% work like to coordinate with sales / admin team & push them to some extent and work towards achieving the enrolments targets with the support of center heads, admin staff, teachers etc. More focus will be on operations- 65% work. Overall operations of JEE / NEET business. Candidate shall be an engineer though non IIT but clearly understands JEE / NEET market and academics

- Role includes teacher coordination for lectures & timetables

- complete academic plan

- paper setup

- students to teacher alignment,

- Regularly meeting to principals, teachers and students and getting feedbacks & filling the gaps on regularly basis.

- Updating management regularly on services , gaps, solving the issues on grounds etc.

- Improving the quality of academic programs and services.

- Managing regional partners, academic quality and striving to towards student satisfaction and academic excellence ranks etc.

- Candidate should understand what it requires to get ranks in JEE and NEET. we are offering from 15lakh.
