Providing thoughtful leadership to conceptualize and implement a channel strategy (Store Channels, Telesales, Referral Sourcing, & Corporate) for Mumbai region
Building a strong team, which is focused on acquisition of accounts through consultative sales approach; focussing on strong relationship oriented approach to acquire premium card accounts
Developing competency in team for implementing strategies towards enhancing business volumes, setting up processes and increasing profitability
Formulating promotional plans with Premium Channel Partners of consumer retail business to acquire premium accounts
Analysing new acquired accounts are active & ensuring billed business target is achieved
Building strong interfaces with operation team to understand and contribute to card approval process
Driving high employee engagement at work & ensuring employee satisfaction levels are high
