Hiring for Sales Head for Jaipur Location

Location - Jaipur

- Build Sales Strategy to expand business to top 20 cities in India.

- Build, Manage and Supervise Sales and Business Development teams across top 20 cities in India to acquire clients, manage client relationships and service client needs on a regular basis.

- Build awareness of brand through the sales force amongst the architects across India

- Continuous focus on improving efficiency of the sales team to meet desired output levels

- Tracking competition to ensure is always ahead in the race.

- Responsible to provide client feedback on product to improve the product in line with demands of the market.

- Responsible to meet sales matrices with respect to prospecting, follow ups, client interactions and successful closures.

Required Skills:

- Experience: 10 years including last 3 years in building and managing large sales teams (preferred: 2-3 yrs. in construction company).

- Qualification: Preferred - MBA in Sales and Marketing
