CTC - Till 7.5 Lacs Fixed + Incentives and Variables

Educational Qualification - MBA ( 2 Years Full Time Compulsory )

Role :

Duties & Responsibilities

- Annual Sales target setting

- Implement the annual sales targets for all projects conceptualized for execution

- Competition Mapping

- Be the custodian of revenue performance

- Identify, develop and implement strategies to develop the business

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients – agencies, corporates and brands that are both already present

- Responsibility for prompt payment collections

- Implement present processes and systems

- Team recruitment, training & development
