Sales Head/Chief Revenue Officer - Agritech Startup
About the Organization
Our client is a leading global Agritech organization. Having developed the world's most downloaded app for farmers, the org has built the largest digital B2B platform for agri-inputs.
The role- Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, and to develop future plans
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue-generating departments, especially our Sales and Marketing teams
- Drive aggressive business growth across all customer segments and profiles
- Improving the individual customer experience
- Help maximize reach and efficiency in a strategic way
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
- Monitor the revenue forecasts, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
Your profile- Over ten years in diversified leadership roles
- Proven track-record across all key functions required to drive and implement revenue growth in a marketplace or ecommerce business
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
- MBA preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills proven at the C-level
