Job Summary :

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on selling lending products and services in the MSME, Mid-Market, and Large Enterprise ecosystem.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lending targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lending targets and drive revenue growth.

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on selling lending products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success in lending sales efforts.

- Provide regular performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all lending sales activities.

The successful applicant :

- 12+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on lending products or financial services.

- Strong understanding of lending products, processes, and industry trends.

- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.

- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
