Sales Head/Business Head - FCT Ad

- Looking for talented ad sales revenue heads for a senior level position with a leading broadcast media group.

- Strong FCT ad sales and revenue background in TV Ad Sales.

- Must have experience in Pan India Sales role

- Outstanding sales, negotiation and presentation skills

- Very strong People Management skills, ability to lead both experienced people.

- Skilled in multi-tasking, managing deadlines, and prioritizing all within a fast-paced environment

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Proven ability to devise and deliver creative, exciting solutions to customer

- Senior level contacts in ad agencies including investment, planning

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.

- The candidates must be a excellent capability achieve targets & objectives.

- Drive revenue focused approach and must have a understanding of all verticals within the business.

- Work closely with the Revenue Planning / Demand team to achieve objectives.

- The candidate has to be a team player & should have great abilities in Performance & Achievement of targets.
