Territories and States under this position:

- North India comprising J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, NCR, UP East, UP West, UP Central & Uttarakhand.

Job Summary : The North India Head for the Professional Products Division (PPD) at the company is responsible for leading and managing the sales team across the specified North Indian states. This role involves overseeing the entire sales hierarchy, from Sales Officers to BDEs, BDMS, KAMs, Techno Sales Executives, Trainers & Senior Trainers, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business targets, manage key accounts, and expand market presence. The North India Head will play a pivotal role in executing the company's vision and objectives within the salon industry in India.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership:

- Implement effective bottom-to-top hierarchy management to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned business targets for the North India region.

- Oversee the management of salons and products within the PPD Division, catering to the salon industry in India.

- Drive sales through effective management of Distributors, Super Stockists, and CFA relationships.

3. Market Expansion and New Product Launch:

- Strategize Go-To-Market initiatives for launching and expanding into new markets and territories.

- Play a key role in the launch of new products, ensuring successful market penetration and sustained growth.

4. Training and Development:

- Develop and implement training programs for the field force, including Senior Trainers, to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Ensure continuous professional development of the sales team to keep them updated on industry trends.

5. Financial Management:

- Manage the P&L for the North India region, ensuring financial goals are met.

- Work towards achieving EBIDTA targets and contribute to the overall organizational goals.

- Distribution Management, Appointment of new distributors, Credit period management, Payment Realizations, Effective Claim settlement & management.

6. Sales Revenue and Coverage:

- Drive initiatives to increase sales revenue and market coverage in the North India region.

- Implement effective vacancy management strategies to maintain a high-performing sales team.

7. Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations and improve overall efficiency.

In summary, the Sales-North India Head will lead sales efforts in North India, oversee a diverse team, develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, manage key accounts, expand market presence, and contribute to the company's vision within the salon industry.
