One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.
POSITION:- Sales Head
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- The candidate will be responsible for the overall acquisitions delivery of cross-banking products for the bank.
- Complete responsibility for executing marketing, corporate sales channels, public events, and other ways to generate new acquisition.
- Work closely with the product teams to design marketing material, collaterals, product pitch documents, and product training manuals
- Manage sales productivity, expense discipline, and hiring and training of the sales team.
- Acquire corporates and drive penetration across products
- Ensure corporate profitability by maintaining appropriate tariff plans
- Enhance corporate relationships to drive acquisition and cross sell programs
- Work closely with the branch set up to ensure adequate infrastructure and zero defect operation
- Ensure adherence to Controls and Compliance norms
- Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs
DESIRED PROFILE:
- We are looking for MBA from B-Schools with 4-6 yrs of experience in retail banking product and team handling role.
