Job Description and Expectation: - The sales head will be responsible for the additive manufacturing business and smart factory offerings. - The current business is limited to India over the next three years the sales head will be responsible for expanding the business to Middle East and South East Asia. - As the additive manufacturing is a growing business, the sales head would be required to represent company at public forums. - The sales head is expected to acquire high value deals, participate in solution designs that the marketplace wants. - This needs to be backed by previously demonstrated experience and success in market making / demand generation for emerging technology solutionsthat are customized in nature. - The sales head will be measured on achieving nonlinear sales growth, increasing market share, mindshare and brand visibility of company in the market. - The sales head will lead the team of sales leads, presales and closely work with Engineering team to achieve scaled targets. - The sales head will drive digital sales outreach and offline marketing activities including exhibitions.
