Sales Group Leader
Group Leader - FPPP All India Responsibility
- Increase market share of the sector using the complete potential of DC portfolio
- Planning sales strategies based on the developments / dynamics of markets
- Drive the team on PAN india level and working in close co-ordination with the team
- Monitoring operational activities such as Receivables & overdue.
- Reveiw with Sales team on monthly basis towards reduction of overdue amounts.
- Identifying the competency of the team & grooming them towards future organizational needs
Qualifications :
- B.E. in Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation with 15+ years of experience of similar sector - target OEM's & Project business (including experience of leading the team)
- Knowledge & understanding of Motion controllers, Servo Drives, PLC's conveyor systems and applications
- Good understanding of Commercial terms and conditions
- Negotiation skills & Value add sales
- Should be capable of working with team & draw initiatives to meet set targets
Skill Sets:
- To Identify, develop & negotiate techno-commercial contracts with OEM's & Project based customers
- Market / Competitor / Product & integration knowledge / Industry segment knowledge
- Business communication / Presentation based on the data
- Presentation skills on products
- Team Leadership / Team Player
- Customer Relationship management
