Sales executives – Luxury Hair Care product (Delhi and Bangalore)
Salary Range (7-15 lac)
EXPECTED END RESULTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Develop the launch plan by city and channel type
- Finalization of retail stores for launch and necessary resources for covering the same
2. Set up the sales network to support the launch and brand plans on an ongoing basis
- Selection of sales executives, beauty advisors & supervisors.
- Set up of distributors / direct supply network for servicing of stores
3. Financial goals in terms of sales by product, channel & geography
- Executing the sales calendar and ensuring team delivers on targeted sales
4. Driving & monitoring team performance
- Develop MIS for sales reporting and KRAs for driving team performance
5. Brand activation support on ground
- Help plan and execute retail activation plans as per calendar
The role will require to interact with key retail accounts and to develop a service model for them including our point of sale experience and set up of a beauty advisor network.
- Experience in sales (General Trade, Modern Trade & Departmental Stores) of a beauty/ fashion or lifestyle brand, preferably in the personal care industry. Exposure to hair categories would be a bonus.
The candidate should have 5 - 8 years of experience in sales
- MBA/Graduate degree preferred
